The house contains four bedrooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. It is in good condition even though some of the interior is starting to get a bit worn. We have gas burners in the kitchen in addition to an electric stove, electrically heated hot water and air conditioning in two of the bedrooms. We use large ceiling fans and think it is better for our health than traditional artificial cooling. The outdoor areas are planted with fruit trees, flowers and berries and you must therefore expect to water something while you are in the house. If something is ready for harvest, just supply it. There is also some foods in the cupboards, you just can just replace what you use, and the next renter will do the same. Our eminent cleaning lady cleans for you, and you pay 70 € directly to her on departure.

Our village Alfaz del Pi is within walking distance, Albir and the beach are 4 kilometers away, Altea 5 kilometers and Benidorm 6 kilometers. In the immediate area there are shops and restaurants. There is a lot of things to see and do!
